Boughton supplied intensive lightweight green roof substrate for the development of luxury podium gardens, in new high-profile residential developments in Lillie Square, South East London.
Boughton supplied Goddards (Landscape Contractors) Limited under specification from Chelsea Award winning Andy Sturgeon Landscape & Garden Design team. The project headed by main contractor Sir Robert McAlpine, utilised Boughton’s high quality intensive substrate across communal and apartment gardens for the luxury development.
Boughton’s lightweight podium mix was used to transform a single story car park running underneath the scheme into a modern luxury garden open to residents.
The Lillie Square development has transformed a 7.4 acre car park on Seagrave Road in London into 808 high-end luxury homes with extensive gardens and established trees.
