Overview
Boughton supplied over 1000 tonnes of Root-zone and Organic Blended Soil to develop the gardens at The Old Rectory in Quinton, Northampton. Working in conjunction with the projects landscapers, Breath Garden Designs Ltd, who are based in Surrey.
Scope of Work
The Old Rectory in Quinton, Northampton is currently being fully renovated to breathe fresh life into this classic building and its grounds. Renovations are due to finish in Summer 2015 with the existing gardens being transformed to include living pool with water feature, play areas, outside entertainment and more.
Boughton have supplied over 1000 tonnes of Root-zone and Organic Blended Soil to develop the gardens at The Old Rectory. The projects landscapers, Breath Garden Designs Ltd, based in Surrey have been operating on site since Summer 2014, working at times in very wet and difficult conditions with no downtime during the winter to keep the project on track.
The renovations will add a living pool with water feature, children’s play area, skate park, formal lawn, extensive planted areas, summer house and an outside entertainment area to the grounds at The Old Rectory.
The formal lawn has been transformed using Boughton’s 70/30 Root-zone, and new planting areas throughout the gardens have made perfect use of the organic soil for shrubs, trees, and flowers to flourish
